Our 10-week paid internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in ministry while helping you discern if ministry is your calling. Through real-world training, mentorship, and team involvement, you’ll explore what it looks like to serve in full-time ministry.
Our two-year Residency is a full-time, paid ministry training program for those called to church leadership. Residents gain deep, practical experience while being mentored by our staff, developing the skills, character, and clarity needed for a lifetime of ministry.

Most of our roles are in-person at one of our Coastal Church campuses. While some positions may offer occasional flexibility, we prioritize in-person collaboration and presence as part of our ministry culture.
