Coastal Student Ministry Digital Device Policy
At Coastal Church, our heart for Student Camp is simple: to create space where students can encounter God in powerful, personal ways. That is why we are asking all students to leave their phones & digital devices at home during camp. We live in a culture that rarely pauses. Between texts, social media, and constant notifications, our students are pulled in a thousand directions. Camp is a rare opportunity to disconnect from those distractions and focus on what God wants to say and do in their lives. We believe that when students step away from the noise, they are more open to the voice of the Holy Spirit, deeper friendships, and life-changing moments with Jesus.
“Be still, and know that I am God” – Psalm 46:10
For emergencies, you will be provided with direct contact information for our leadership team. Leaders will also be available throughout the week to support and care for every student. Thank you for helping us create an environment where students can truly be still and experience the presence of God in unforgettable ways.
Yes, your student can bring money for the camp store if they would like a snack, candy, drink, camp shirt, or other merchandise.
Parents will check campers in at a Coastal Check-In kiosk before loading onto the bus or van. A light bagged breakfast will be provided, but students may eat beforehand if preferred.

On the registration, please list any and all allergies/food allergies on the form so we can let the camp staff know. Camp does a great job of serving gluten free and dairy free options.
Campers will be able to carry and administer their own medications this year. If you would like to have the TRO nurse hold the mediation please give it to your camper’s leader at drop off. The TRO nurse is trained on giving medications.
