Beginnings: Seeds Of Faith

An investigation of the life of Abraham (Genesis 12-22) and his faith journey.  Abraham listened to the voice of God and obeyed in faith. Faith always comes with a measure of risk and trust in God and His Word. Abraham heard, believed and obeyed, and his faith was credited as righteousness.  The Apostle Paul reminds us that all of us who have been saved by grace through faith are children of Abraham (Galatians 3:6-9).  My prayer is that the life of Abraham encourages and challenges us in our own journeys of faith with Jesus Christ.

One

In this series we will examine Paul's first letter to the church in Corinth. Paul was shocked to observe the disconnect in the church between the beliefs they confessed and the lives they lived. The church is one body, united in love and the gospel, and dedicated to glorifying God and fulfilling the Great Commission. Join us as we learn how to filter everything in our life through the gospel, and love Christ and His church.

Heritage

How do we raise a godly family? How do we discipline our children? If we don't have children or are single, what is our responsibility? During this series, we'll look at those questions and discover how to leave a legacy of faith by being obedient to the Great Commission in our homes.

Beginnings

The book of Genesis is the "You Are Here" marker for Christians. If you don't know your starting point, you don't know where you're going. Our series "Beginnings" will cover the first 11 chapters of Genesis, and help us get a firm grip of where we started, and where we're going as followers of Jesus Christ.

Philemon- The Prisoner, the Slave, and the Slave Owner

As Christians, we should be known for our ability to forgive and reconcile with one another. Paul's brief letter, Philemon, covers the topic of forgiveness, restitution, and reconciliation. Through Christ, we have been forgiven for our sins against a holy God, far worse than anything that's been done to us.
